“An hour of planning can save you ten hours of doing.” Or at the very least it will save you time and money. MacCallum’s has extensive experience in managing cost and coordinating design teams, from collaboration with an engineer to ensure we can remove a wall or two on the smallest project, and working with a quantity surveyor onboard to ensure your dream stays on budget, to a fully-fledged multi-disciplinary design team for commercial and multi-residential projects.

Does your project require a little more planning? We’ve got this. We have in-house town planners to ensure that planning controls are not a barrier to good design outcomes. With extensive experience in dealing with councils and local government, we have a proven track record of achieving approval despite non-compliance.

Build it.

Building your own home or managing a commercial build can be a high-stress endeavor, but it doesn’t have to be. MacCallum’s can streamline the process. We can manage statutory approval requirements, the tendering process, find you a reputable builder who is up to the task, and follow progress with regular site visits and reporting right up to final inspections and handover.
