MacCallum’s has extensive experience in managing cost and coordinating design teams, from collaboration with an engineer to ensure we can remove a wall or two on the smallest project, and working with a quantity surveyor onboard to ensure your dream stays on budget, to a fully-fledged multi-disciplinary design team for commercial and multi-residential projects.

Does your project require a little more planning? We’ve got this. We have in-house town planners to ensure that planning controls are not a barrier to good design outcomes. With extensive experience in dealing with councils and local government, we have a proven track record of achieving approval despite non-compliance.

Build it.

Building your own home or managing a commercial build can be a high-stress endeavor, but it doesn’t have to be. MacCallum’s can streamline the process. We can manage statutory approval requirements, the tendering process, find you a reputable builder who is up to the task, and follow progress with regular site visits and reporting right up to final inspections and handover.
